This summer I plan to be a part of the ministry at Camp Crosspoint by working as a counselor. This is an eight-week volunteer position with the option of self-supporting (getting paid in donations).

Camp Crosspoint is a Christian-based summer camp for school-aged children. They give kids the opportunity to enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ if they do not have one and to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ if they do. Every student who spends a day, a weekend or a full week at camp is invited to Know God and His story, Live what they learn from the Bible daily, Love God and others, and Lead others to Christ. I went to Camp Crosspoint as a kid and it was an awesome experience that furthered my walk with God.

As the other staff and I prepare for summer we ask two things:

First and foremost we ask for prayer. Please pray that the hearts and minds of the campers will be open and accepting of God.

Secondly, I ask that if you are able, you would make a donation. Each member of the staff has been asked to raise 2,200 dollars. Any amount over this will be used at the discretion of Camp. The goal is to have these funds raised by June 1. Would you prayerfully consider giving financially toward my ministry at Camp Crosspoint this summer? You may want to consider giving $50 towards one day of camp, $150 towards three days of camp, or $275 to fund a full week of camp. Of course, any amount the Lord leads you to give is the right amount. Thank you for considering partnering with me in this way. I cannot wait to see how God moves in and through me this summer!
