Hey there! I’m Jeff, and I have the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of Aim Right since 2022. But my journey here started long before that.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been deeply connected to Aim Right—leading Bible studies, mentoring, volunteering, serving on the board, and walking alongside urban youth as they discover a faith that has the power to write new endings. I live in the Garfield neighborhood of downtown Phoenix with my incredible wife, Trisha, and our three amazing kids—Della, Max, and Rozlynn. I’ve spent years teaching percussion in urban public schools, and through that experience, my passion for guiding young people has only grown stronger. I believe every student, every young person in our city, deserves to see a future filled with hope and purpose. People have described me as a “bridge-builder” and I love that. Connecting urban youth workers, fostering collaboration, and uniting people with a shared mission excites me. Through Aim Right and my position in the Phoenix Fuel Network, I’m committed to guiding youth toward a faith that reimagines futures, writes new stories, and builds generationally healthy homes. I want to see young people in Phoenix, driven by their faith, actively contributing to a thriving, vibrant community.
